Do you require reservation?
Yes, we only offer scheduled wine tasting experiences. Tickets will need to be purchased in advance. Our weekends fill up fast, so it's best to book your experience as early as possible.
Is the lunch included in the price?
Yes, a delicious lunch is provided at the first winery.Our menu offers a range of hot and cold options, and our skilled chef can cater to gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan preferences. Every meal is made to order!

SANDWICHES: Turkey, Ham, Tuna Chicken Salad or Vegetable Wrap (All Sandwiches will come with Chips)
SALADS: Chef Salad, Southwestern Salad, Vegetarian House Salad (Ranch, Italian, Ceasar Dressing)
HOT OPTIONS: Chicken Alfredo, 3-soft shell tacos (choice of chicken or beef)
All meals will come with Tea/Water and dessert.
Are gratuities included?
No, gratuities are not included, but tips for your driver are appreciated. They work hard throughout the day, serving food, handling wine purchases, taking photos, and keeping you hydrated. Please bring cash or ask about other tipping methods like Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle. You can also pre-pay your tip online. We suggest $25–$35+ per person.
What kind of attire should we wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. While there's minimal walking, some wineries have gravel or dirt in their parking areas. Jeans, shorts, T-shirts, sundresses, and sneakers are ideal. For safety reasons, we suggest avoiding heels.
Can I buy bottles of wine at the wineries?
Yes, you can. We encourage supporting the local wineries, and we provide storage in the van for your purchases. Buying wine to take home is a great way to compliment the wineries. We visit boutique wineries with limited production, and many wines are only available at the winery. We recommend buying wine during each visit, as most wineries offer discounts.
Are wine tasting fees included?
Yes. Wine tasting fees are included at each winery.
Is it allowed to bring children?
No, the minimum age is 21 due to insurance restrictions. Everyone must complete a waiver confirming they are at least 21 years old. To save time on the day of your tour, we encourage you to sign the waiver electronically when you book. Alternatively, your driver will have a hard copy available at check-in.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes we do. We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
What is the duration of the wine tasting experience?
.Roughly 8 hours. The tour departs at 10:45 AM, reaching the first stop by 12 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes early. We don't offer refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. Check our cancellation policy for details. Private tour pick-ups start at $150 + tax roundtrip.

- And, naturally, lots of fun!
What happens if it rains? Will the tour be canceled?
Since weather can be unpredictable, check the forecast before your tour date. We suggest bringing a light jacket or layering your clothing, as the vans may be cool. The tour runs rain or shine, and we provide umbrellas. Feel free to bring your own small umbrella if you prefer.
What if I need to cancel?
Tickets are non-refundable unless you purchase cancellation insurance ($25 + tax). Without insurance, tickets can be transferred to another person aged 21 or older or rescheduled for a future date if we receive written notice at least 48 hours before the tour.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Refunds are not provided for no-shows or if you arrive late and the van has already departed. For more details, refer to our cancellation policy.
What if Fantastic Travels needs to cancel?
If unforeseen circumstances occur, such as road hazards, construction delays, severe weather, or other issues beyond our control that may affect safety, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss next steps, including the possibility of rescheduling. While tickets are non-refundable unless cancellation insurance was purchased at the time of booking, they can be used for a rescheduled date within 6 months if needed. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages resulting from cancellations or delays.
Is smoking and drinking permitted?
No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs of any kind are allowed in our vans. Outside alcohol or drugs are also prohibited at the wineries, though designated smoking areas for cigarettes are available. Please inquire if needed.
Do you host special events?
Currently, we do not offer special events.
